The men and women from this portion of the Team are the skeletal structure of support to the students in and out of the classroom.
They dedicate the time outside of class to help guide students towards S.T.E.M. and education.
Josh has more than 10 years of experience in STEM education including teaching chemistry and physical science during his nine-year tenure at PWCS. While earning a bachelor’s in chemistry and a master’s in teaching at the University of Virginia, Josh conducted epilepsy research, worked for the VDOT Research Council and the School of Engineering in the development and teaching of engineering kits to foster interest and excitement in STEM.
Aleksander earned a master’s in aerospace engineering from Narvik University College in Norway, where he was born and raised. Before relocating to the US in 2008, Aleksander worked for the European Space Agency, Norwegian Space Center and Andoya Rocketrange with student outreach and teacher professional development in the STEM field.

Bachelors in Technical Education from Oswego State University, New York. Masters in Curriculum Development from Oswego State University, New York.
Mr. Schoolcraft is our webadvisor. He keeps the web team on track and gives honest advice and keeps the team on track as to what needs to be done concerning the website.
Prior to joining NOVA, Charles spent more than 12 years working in both technical and project management positions in the US Intelligence Community. A certified cyber security professional, his previous career assignments included senior information systems security officer with the National Counterterrorism Center, special assistant to the assistant deputy director of national intelligence, and executive secretariat to the CIA’s Information Security Program Council.
Tosin has a bachelor’s in physics from Frostburg State University and a master’s in technology education from Virginia Tech. She is currently completing an Educational Leadership and Administration Certificate program from George Washington University.
